Find out more about our staff, their roles, and what their day to day looks like!
What was your path into evaluation/ARTD?
I was in the last year of my degree in data science and psychological science when I spoke to an ARTD member at a university networking event. I was inspired by their passion for meaningful work and felt inspired to apply my quantitative skills in a similar way.
Can you sum up your role as an Analyst in one sentence?
As an analyst I provide support across a variety of projects through collecting and analysing data.
What was the best opportunity/ your proudest work moment since starting at ARTD?
My proudest moment since starting at ARTD was conducting my first solo interview. Being able to put my interview training into practice and interact with stakeholders was really rewarding.
What is your favourite thing about working at ARTD?
I love getting to work across a variety of sectors with amazing colleagues. Every day is so different and interesting.
What does a ‘day in the life’ look like for you?
Being an analyst is really varied. One day I might be working on data analysis in excel and the next I could be taking notes during interviews. There’s definitely no typical ‘day in the life’!
What’s something your clients may not know about you?
I was born in Tokyo and have lived in both London and Brighton, but now I call Sydney home.
