We design, implement and analyse surveys of the workplace climate. Our reports describe attitudes and experiences of staff and highlight improvements. We can present analysis at both organisational and section levels, and hold briefings to discuss findings with staff. Our benchmarking system allows clients to compare their performance with similar organisations. Our clients include NSW Treasury, NSW Office of State Revenue, the Ombudsman's Office, the Department of Premier and Cabinet and Independent Pricing and Regulatory Tribunal.
