System design

We design systems that are both systematic and user-friendly. We use performance frameworks based on program logic and stakeholder needs, and pay close attention to integration with existing data systems.

Trial and implementation

We recognise that implementing monitoring systems involves psychology as much as technology. We pilot test new systems to allow stakeholders to understand benefits as well as requirements and to ensure commitment to quality at all levels.  

Ongoing management

Following the design and implementation of a monitoring system, we can manage the ongoing collection, analysis and reporting of monitoring data.
