Our services in evaluation, research and strategy range from large scale program evaluations to stakeholder surveys to one day strategic planning workshops. Whatever the scope and profile, our services are based on rigorous methods, sound evidence and a strong understanding of policy contexts and current trends.

Our approach is strategic, working with our clients to address the challenges they face. We put our clients' interests first, building strong relationships to understand our clients' needs and tailor our services to ensure we meet them in a strategic and ethical way.

We have the edge to fully meet our clients' expectations through highly professional consultants and many years of practical experience. All projects are overseen by a Principal Consultant, have a designated Project Manager, and draw on our team of 15 skilled consultants. Our project management and quality systems ensure we deliver a quality product on budget and on time.

We have a strong commitment to professional and ethical practice. Our evaluation work is conducted within the AES Guidelines for the Ethical Conduct of Evaluations. We understand the sensitive nature of many of the projects we undertake and have strict processes in place to ensure confidentiality is maintained.
