Evaluation of the Participation in Community Sport and Active Recreation Program (PICSAR)
VicHealth, 2007-current
ARTD are undertaking a joint consultancy with Monash University for this three-year project aimed at increasing participation of socially disadvantaged people in sporting clubs and other physical activities. ARTD's main role is to develop the evaluation and monitoring framework

Evaluation of MetroActive: Participation in Community Sport and Active Recreation
VicHealth, 2005-2007
ARTD evaluated this program, which was implemented in six councils in Melbourne, using in-depth qualitative interviews with over 60 council staff at the mid-term and end of the funding; review of council and program documents; and a survey of councils that are members of Physical Activity Network. The findings were used by VicHealth to determine future directions with the program.

Performance framework for Active Communities
NSW Department of Tourism Sport and Recreation, 2005
ARTD developed an outcomes framework for programs directed to developing stronger communities through improved sports infrastructure and increased participation. The process used discussion papers, and workshops with staff to develop outcomes hierarchies and performance information for each program.

Evaluation of Water Safety Strategy and Framework
NSW Department of Sport, Recreation and Tourism, 2004
ARTD assessed the effectiveness and appropriateness of the strategy and framework through a Discussion Paper and rounds of consultations with stakeholders.
