Organisations commission us to collect and analyse strategic intelligence about the experiences and views of their stakeholders, including customers, employees, strategic partners, suppliers and special interest groups. Consulting with diverse stakeholders is a core part of our business and is integral to many of our projects. We also deliver discrete stakeholder consultation projects.

We delve deeper than simply measuring 'satisfaction'. Instead, we identify and investigate the key attributes of satisfaction for the individual organisation (see our article Using stakeholder research in the evaluation of organisational performance).

We have a reputation for engaging with the full range of stakeholders across government, non-government providers and peak bodies for service providers and consumers. We work in sensitive contexts and build effective and professional relationships on behalf of our clients in these environments. We are fully aware of ethical issues, maintaining confidentiality and communicating sensitively.

For example, we have been conducting agency relations surveys for NSW Treasury every two years since 1995. ARTD has also regularly conducted stakeholder surveys and in-depth interviews for the Independent Pricing and Regulatory Tribunal since 2001.
