We have developed streamlined systems for conducting workplace climate surveys covering survey design, implementation and reporting. The surveys identify staff attitudes and experiences and indicate improvements that can guide future planning.
In 1998, the NSW Premier's Department commissioned ARTD to design and pilot a modular survey of staff attitudes and experiences for NSW public sector agencies. We are an accredited provider of the NSW Public Sector Workplace Climate Survey and regularly conduct surveys for a range of state agencies and local governments.
Our clients include NSW Treasury, NSW Office of State Revenue, the Ombudsman's Office and the Department of Premier and Cabinet.
