ARTD Senior Consultant Andrew Hawkins is presenting at this year's American Evaluation Association annual conference in Los Angeles, California (November 2—5, 2011).

Andrew's paper focuses on the evaluation of websites and online services, a growing field of evaluation. Andrew has recently managed several evaluations of online initiatives including

— Gambling Help Online, a website that provides live counselling and email support to people seeking support for a gambling concern in a confidential environment

— the NSW SageCentre, a website that aims to provide practical information and resources for NSW public sector employees and their managers about issues relevant to a mature aged workforce.
