Work with ARTD - senior associates

We are currently looking for experienced senior associates to work with us on future projects at the senior consultant level.

ARTD is a small firm (15 staff) with a professional and friendly work environment. We are involved with a wide range of interesting projects around Australia.

As a senior associate, you will be a freelancer who engages with us for specific projects as part of the ARTD project team. You would be expected to participate in team meetings at our Sydney CBD office, although you might work from your own office or use a desk at ARTD.

To work successfully with ARTD as an associate, you need:

  • commitment to meeting our clients' requirements
  • capacity for working in a consultancy business environment
  • able to work independently and in teams
  • positive attitude and good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • willingness to learn and to share skills and knowledge
  • experience and skills in our key areas of work (below)

At the senior consultant level you need to have substantial experience and demonstrated skills in these areas:

  • program evaluation - designing, managing and reporting evaluation projects in relevant fields such as health, social policy, disabilities or school education
  • mixed methods - application, analysis and synthesis of quantitative and qualitative methods in evaluation projects
  • knowledge of program evaluation, and one or more methods (quantitative or qualitative or economic analysis, especially cost effectiveness assessment)
  • facilitation with stakeholder groups
  • working strategically with clients in government and non-government sectors
